We were able to have our friends Ryan & Stef and Chelle & Cory over for supper on the 4th. The weather wasn't real cooperative for a cook out, but we still had a nice time with them!
Addie was really into Miss Stef!
Addie aslo enjoyed having another friend her size around! Addie especially enjoyed Bailey's baby dolls!!
Later in the evening, Mommy and Daddy decided to take everyone into the fireworks. All day long Tanyon asked me repeatedly if it was time to go to the fireworks. Well, we waited and we waited (we found out later that there was a 45 minute rain delay) for the fireworks to start. Once they started, Tanyon kept telling me he wanted to go home. Addie could of cared less about the fireworks. She just moved ALL over the back of Daddy's truck. Bryson was the only one who seemed to appreciate the fireworks. Overall, I thought the fireworks were pretty lousy. One would go off and then you would wait and then another would go off and then you would wait again. We actually left before they were over because we all had had enough.

Chambersburg fireworks were really good and Christian and I found the perfect spot to watch them. We parked in the Hampton Inn parking lot right on Wayne Ave. and there is a grassy field behind the hotel. We could see the fireworks perfectly but it wasn't noisy at all which was good b/c Christian doesn't really care for the noise of fireworks.
