Coloring Eggs

Coloring Easter eggs has always been a tradition in my family. Oma started the tradition with Bryson while she kept him the year Tanyon was born. We have colored eggs with Oma ever since. This year we colored about 2 1/2 dozen eggs in about 10-15 minutes, largely due to Tanyon and Addie's speedy way of coloring. We ended up a little messy, nothing that a couple baths couldn't take care of though!

Tanyon was extremely excited to get started!

Addie girl putting away some eggs. Can you tell be the color of her fingers what color she was using?!

While Tanyon and Addie went with the speedy approach, Bryson went with the slower, more mature approach. Notice he has eggs in three cups while using 3 spoons. Brother and sister didn't have time for spoons! :)

Addie's hand continues to turn more pink!

Thank goodness for the cardboard!

Bryson proud of his egg! Like his new glasses?!

This picture doesn't do her legs justice! They were very well covered with dye!

Check out Tanyon's hands!!!!
This video is of Tanyon's "master piece" egg coloring technique. You'll understand why his hands looked like they did. :)
