Candylane

Early December we made our annual trip to Hershey Park for CandyLane with our good friends Jen and Drue. This year Kristi, John and their son Mattson joined us too! Hershey Park decorates the park for Christmas and then they have a bunch of their rides open. It is great for the kids because almost all of the kids rides are open just like the summer time, just way colder!! This year we got to the park around 1pm and spent the majority of the time there while the sun was still out, which made a big difference with helping to stay warm. We actually didn't leave until 7pm! So I'd say we definitely got our money's worth! :) Thanks Jen and Drue for this great Christmas present!

The boys all bundled up and ready to go! They actually didn't complain about being cold at all! We left Addie with my parents because I was afraid that it was too cold for her.

The first ride of the day. This is our first ride every time we go there. For some reason Tanyon was really into licking his lips and sticking out his tongue all day. I was amazed that his face wasn't all chapped by the end of the night.

The boys on the mini carousel.

Kristi this one's for you! This girl if you look closely is licking the pole, which she did the entire time!

Our other favorite train ride that we always ride.

The boys one some rides together.

This is my favorite part of the lights at Hershey. You look up and there's all these crazy big colorful lights.

Tanyon with Jen and Drue.

Daddy and Bryson.

Drue and the boys waiting for a ride.

The boys were so excited to see the characters.

Out cold in the car. This is quite a clever way to sleep when you don't have a pillow! They actually fell asleep like this again the other night. The funny thing was Tanyon woke up and started screaming because he couldn't lift his head. These 2 are so lucky to have each other!

My grandchildren are just too precious!! Aren't they just such sweet little angels when they're sleeping.Thank you Heidi and Adam for the joy you've brought to our lives because of Bryson,Tanyon and Addie.

Those boys are lucky to have each other. God knew just what they needed when he made them brothers! Looks like a very fun time! I had heard of Hershey Lights, but not Candyland (which by the way the game is our new obsession since Christian got it for Christmas). We just might have to try it next year! You guys always come up with fun family stuff to do!
